When you submit a wholesale inquiry, we collect the contact, company, product, quantity, delivery and customization information you provide. If you add reference images, compressed copies are included with your inquiry.
We use inquiry information to prepare quotations, answer product questions, evaluate custom projects and continue business communication requested by you. We do not sell inquiry information.
The website is hosted by Vercel and inquiry emails are delivered through Resend. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, subject to those providers' security and privacy practices.
We retain business correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage quotations and meet applicable business record requirements. We use access controls and encrypted web connections, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
