Marketplace Sourcing

Craft Supply Sourcing Checklist for Amazon Sellers

Prepare a quote-ready brief for FBA-bound craft components without assuming any HAIBUCRAFT SKU or pack is already accepted by Amazon.

Internal sourcing guidance based on catalog, sample, packaging, production and document-review workflows. Review scope is explained in the editorial policy.

01

Start with exact SKUs and the selling unit

List every product code, pieces or grams per selling unit, inner-pack quantity and intended retail pack. Keep slime charms, polymer clay slices and other materials identifiable by SKU. SLM26529 and YX4109 are examples of seasonal products that still require order-specific packing confirmation.

02

Bring the current marketplace label requirements

State the Amazon marketplace or site and provide the barcode, label, warning and prep requirements you need applied. HAIBUCRAFT can review packaging feasibility, but the buyer must approve the current marketplace requirements before production.

03

Confirm carton and inbound planning

Provide target carton quantity, carton-mark requirements, destination or warehouse instructions and expected inbound date. Carton dimensions and final packout are confirmed after quantity and packaging review.

04

Approve samples before bulk packing

Review the selected SKU, packing unit, artwork and label placement on an approved sample or pack reference before bulk production. Reconfirm changes in writing before labels or cartons are finalized.

HAIBUCRAFT is not affiliated with Amazon. FBA and marketplace requirements vary by site, category and order. No HAIBUCRAFT SKU or packaging format should be treated as FBA-compliant or accepted until the buyer confirms the current requirements and the order specification is approved.
